Question: Your breathing intervals, was that optimal? Were you regulating it - cause at one point it seemed you were holding your breath purposely as if to stay in a rhythym.
holding your breath is actually a good thing to do for strength but only if your blood pressure can handle it. See power breathing in "Power to the People" or you can learn about it in "Enter the Kettlebell" as well
