Hi, could you plase give me some advice on laser treatment? I have some facial telangiectasia and redness. I live in Chile and have two options, first is V-Beam Laser, which seems to have very good reputation, however the bruises last for almost a month when working at its maximum power,.. the other is Nd Yag Laser, it's less expensive for me, because is partially covered by my health plan and apparently skin transition wounds do not last for too long. I have a spot of spider veins under my right eye, its round and there because when I was younger I was constantly picking at an imperfection, so I evidently damaged my skin there alot.

The veins are very noticeable and bright red, in the middle though, there's a tiny red lump- if I do the treatment will it remove the tiny red lump as well as the visible red veins surrounding it? The whole scar is about a centimetre in diameter.
