@childrenofbodom18 you have at least one or two pics one from the game. a number of them or similar recreations of official poses etc.. had to go back over and actually jog the memory and look at some of my collections to see the differences. Are those 8 dislikes part of the Individual Eleven or something
Major Kusanagi is the best "woman" (the only female in anime that I think deserves being called "woman", not "girl") in all of anime, and this song fits her perfectly.
@pedroGhandi I have seen more animes than that... thirteen animes to be exact including Ghost In the Shell, and Major Kusanagi's still the best female character I've ever seen in anime; better than Faye Valentine, Kaoru Kamiya, Haruhi Suzumiya, Yoruichi Shihoin and any other great anime girl you can think of combined. We've already crossed that line. If you look at the latest prosthetic limbs being made, they're pretty much cybernetic. They have touch and heat sensors, skin that can get a tan and hair. According to an article I read on (I believe) Gizmodo, they're saying the technology to have cyberbrains like in GITS:SAC is only about 10 years away. There is a couple who are college professors who already have implanted chips that allow them to communicate just like in the show.

The advances in prosthetic limbs seem very credible since scientists are making a whole lot of breakthroughs with biomedical engineering. But cyberbrains...that's pretty iffy, and even if it was possible it could cause irreversible brain damage if just a slight characteristic of the materials used wasn't compatible with a human brain in anyway whatsoever.
They already have implants that allow para and quadriplegics to control computers with their minds. They're in the experimental stage but they work. I believe it was on Gizmodo where I saw the article about cybernetic implants. I'm sure they're taking into account any material incompatibilities into their research and design work.
@NewWarrior21st They'd have to get test subjects from death row or something, cause "nobody" else would volunteer for something that risky. And, if it works, they can go free; the government's done that kind of thing before for radical, new experimentation, like what you're talking about, on living humans. However, I find cyber brains highly unlikely, although, who knows where we'll be in ten years.

The description beautiful and realistic hits closer than you think. In 2nd GIG she declares herself a realist. As for most women I concur with you and am of the opinion that it's based off a serious dosage of innocence
