If Pistol hadn't blown out his knee, and played later in the 80's and 90's, he would have been the BEST PLAYER in the NBA over Jordan...He could do more with the ball in his hands than Jordan OR Bird could ever had done..Pistol still is the NCAA all time scoring champion averaging over 45 ppg WITHOUT the 3 point shot in place.. Jordan and Bird, not even close.. Pistol played with NO-ONE to help and still led the league in scoring in the 70's...Pistol would have MORE championships had he had help
