She should've stuck to acting. She sings good but for so young a child to give such a moving performance as she did in "The Neverending Story" she would easily have an oscar or two by now.

@gorn9146 Her parents preferred that she would not pursue acting to avoid the possible dangers many child actors in both movies and television sometimes run into. But You're right. She could have been a very succesful actress.
