So nobody checked on Tibet for 20 years and they somehow became a country? So they were independent 400 years ago, but 400 years ago most European countries didn't exist or were different, I don't see them going about declaring independence here and there.

Northern Ireland is a slightly different issue of course; neither of the two main sides advocate full independence as a solution, although there are a minority who do.

As for Yugoslavia, I think you should read about the situation in Yugoslava a little better before you blame NATO and the USA. This is hardly the place for such a discussion because it is a very big issue, but suffice it to say that the causes were very much internal and not just NATO launching a war arbitrarily. NATO are not the United States, and Yugoslavia was not Iraq!
That was a regretable incident, yes; whether or not it was on purpose or whether those missiles are 100% accurate is debatable, but even in the unlikely event it was I still don't see how it disproves my point about Yugoslavia's breakup. Unless you really believe NATO entered Yugoslavia for the sole reason of bombing the Chinese Embassy?!

china has 54 other "distinct nations" as you said. manchu, mongol, ... and some small ethnic groupe with has less than 10000 peoples

That was a regretable incident, yes; whether or not it was on purpose or whether those missiles are 100% accurate is debatable, but even in the unlikely event it was I still don't see how it disproves my point about Yugoslavia's breakup.
