@dito272727 hey man i got the same exact bike but mines blue and i got it at scooterdepot.us for $999 + tax its a great bike runs great and the electric starter dies prety quik but kik starts easily iv had my bike for 2 years now and it runs like a charm well i hope this info helps you at all .ps if you have anymore questions about the bike just send me an email  crazypanamainian@yahoo.com

hey that thing is the baffle/spark arrestor, it gives th bike the back pressure needed for more power. it may sound good but it messes up the bike.
