I'm not sure but I know that this is what started the "Noona" and "Older Women" trend in Korea. I can't tell whether he's crying because of his experiences or because this is his first concert and song, but if it's the first one, I really feel for him :[ It's a really touching performance. This song has so much pain to it that really would not have been felt without the lyrics and the singer. His voice and emotions just make it that much more meaningful.

It is known that Lee Seunggi was infatuated with sexy diva CHAE YEON. This song was written by well known singer-songwriter Psy. Perhaps he wrote this song after the "xman show" when they were all in China. LSG sang this song a lot in "xman shows" even mentioned CY's name "Chae Yeon is my woman" without using the honorifc "noona (older sister)"!

They're just friends however because of 8-year difference!

Wait I have to add on to my other comment. I didn't notice until the second or third listen but LSG oppa's starts to crack at about 3:06 and so you know he's about to start crying. He's so emotional when singing his songs. And that's why I love him so much.
