What happens when you take gauges out of your ears? The whole closes up or gets smaller. My point is this only stretches the skin and you'd have to put it on for like at least an hour every single day to even see results. Your best bet is to exercise your Kegel muscles to achieve better blood flow, a stiffer erection, last longer, and even increase length and girth. However I've looked at reviews on stuff like this and I didn't see one person say it worked for them, everyone was giving it bad reviews.
