Thanks for this. I also found it in China Galland's memoir, Longing For Darkness: Tara and the Black Madonna (recommended.) I learend that "Tare" refers to Tara's abiliity to free one from samsara; "Tutare" to liberation from fear; and "Ture" to liberation from illness. Soha is like "om" or "amen...."

徐清原 is in chinese, i cant find the english name off the net, so i'll tanslate it in PinYin, "Xu Qing Yuen". I got the Cd from my local Cd shop in singapore. However you can search for "mantra of joy" cd on the net. Sorry for the delay in replay again :P
