Did you us a reef (Eco aqualizer) to keep your reef tank in crystal clear waters,?? beucaes there "great i have one too . monthly water changes for my reef tank only 10 % of water chang eliminates cloudiness & yellowing of water..stabilizes ph and increases oxygen reduces the need for water changes restores water's natural equilibrium reduces GREEN algae and RED Slime ..75 gal as well ..you shoud check it out> its new and best of the year results within 48 hours
with only 1/2" of space, it is likely that it will splash. you can adjust the height of the wave.
i took out the wavebox because i added more rock and roger, from tunze usa, suggested against using the wavebox in a bowfront because he thinks it puts more stress on the tank and can lead to premature failure.
do you think I can use a wavebox on my 72gal as well?. I have only 1 overflow on one corner and the water level is 1/2" below the top. It is an acrylic tank and therefore it has brackets on the top. Will the wavebox splash water out or something?

cool, I also want to add a wavebox to my 72 gal. Don't you think those extra 2 turbelles are overkill now that you have the wavebox?

for my situation i don't think so. since i went barebottom, the wavebox helps keep detritus suspended while the streams provide the directional flow.
