I see your stance aren't so strong, attacks must be direct and powerful. there are breathing technics to execute when you´re doing this kati to make each movement clear and intense.
try to fix your feet in the ground, your hands must be extremely closed, your breathing must be intense...
one more thing... all those kicks must be to hit above the belt,
If I could write all my thinkins in portuguese it would be easier to explain what I´m tryin´to say
I would say at 00:03, 00:07, 00:11, i.e. the points where you should shift back you don't do it enough also your stance should be a little wider as to allow greater mobility through body movement (and not bouncing and pointless movement of feet) to better deflect kicks while sending your own as in the application.
yeah, part of the problem was the ground, it was not level. The bouncing happened because the ground was very uneven. Thanks for the advice, I'll post another video soon (my teacher will be examining it once again).
@zenflare It is a very popular saying in Urdu"Nach na jany anghan tera" means the one who do not know dance always complain about the floor of being uneven.

I learned these are heel kicks and that the stance involves going up not out. Foot is withdrawn after kicking and then step slides out
