On a side note, India is not really so much about the suicide bombings, that's Iraq, Iran, Afghanistan, or Pakistan. India is more your peaceful Hindu type of folks. The guy is not as bad as the video makes him out to be, but yeah his english sucks. I say get the homeless working in the call centers. Hey, I would not be able to fare well at all in another language, but the point of this clip is to show how inappropriate it truly is for companies such as Microsoft to hire "support" who cannot speak the language in which they are hired to support within. It's purely nothing but carelessness on behalf of capital mongers.

Tech support for most hardware and software companies are based in India/Pakistan or surrounding countries. The picture of an oriental person is misleading. Although some tech support is based out of places like Thailand, it is mostly in the India area.

Agree with the above...he has an Indian accent so the picture of an Oriental is inappropriate...and I should think he is an enquirer, not support.(but I bet he can at least spell the word Phillipines in his own language)...Still, it is a bit of a hilarious gem, one must admit. Still, I do feel unkind in laughing at it. I'd hate think think how I'D fare trying to ask a question in Urdu or Hindi!
