  • Unfortunately Joe sold his soul to the devils at Gibson and Marshall.

  • The high gain side sounded thin.

  • No way ! Funny how Joe doesn't use this amp head at all ! To funny

  • @CHIPDADDY1000 Joe used these amps for quite a few years along with his Marshalls.

  • 1:18-1:20 omg must learn that lick

  • joe reminds me of thomas g hornauer

  • "Now what I'd like to do...." is come up with a better phrase that isn't annoying.

  • nick cage?

  • OK, 1:07 - 1:29 is a seriously badass lick! been working on and almost have it! Tasty stuff - Thanks for posting!

  • ok, now what I would like to do is:

  • The smile at the very end was cool.. :)

  • So I can have that amp for free?

  • @KillingOptions Well worth buying it.

  • @krelbar Most definitely!

  • @KillingOptions huh... in your dreams.

  • And two Recto 4x12 cabs with V30s. Good rig. Main rig for five years. Don't Gas much since I've had this except for more Gibsons, lol. All amps switched with a Framptone 3 banger.

  • Not gettin' that sweet violin tone Joe likes, a bit hairy. I use a Mesa Trem-O-Verb for big fat cleans, A JCM800 non channel switcher master volume for the crunch rhythm and a Mesa MkIV for that violin lead tone. Pedal board is simple, a Fulltone Clyde wah, TC polytune, TS9 with drive knob duct taped down at 9:00 for boost, Hermida Zendrive, Hermida Mosferatu for thick, Fulltone tube tape echo, TC Nova delay and, laugh if you will, a Dano Fab Chorus. not overly liquid or stereo but works good.

  • Joe's not digging that rig, he's got a smile when he's in the tone zone. Looks like he's having to squeeze that thing for some tone and it ain't happening. You'd be hard pressed to pull him away from his Marshall 25th Jubilee, Carol Ann and Van Weelden Twinkle Land. Plus his Diaz.

  • @GoldtopSam actually joe used to use the budda amps. in the vid....Joe bonamassa shows his effects ####### , when that was filmed was the period when the two buddas were used instead of the twinkleland and the category 5. or some two of the four.

  • @GoldtopSam but i agree with you for the first part....he doesn't like people fiddling with his settings i guess.....lol

  • Iam not sure if Joe really liked it .. Uwe

  • @uwemusic Well he must've as he used them for a lot of touring and recording.

  • Iam not sure if Joe reallylike it .. Uwe

  • Joe is going to have amazing tone regardless of what amp he uses. Budda makes a great amp though. I know the old ones sound really good.

  • At 1:31 he's just like "Suck It".

  • ahh, he is such a beast!

  • @highwaterrising Don't worry about tabs. Pick up what licks you can and make your own version of it. Guitar players don't become legends by playing other musicians licks note for note. They pick up bits and pieces from every musician and make it their own!!

  • @murfdog19 i hear where your coming from, but i feel the best way to get your own style is learn your guitar idols style, eventually after learning a bunch of different styles you tend to mesh them into your own. thats just my opinion no disrespect to you bro

  • @murfdog19 Truer words were never spoken. So many guys learn only by tab and that's all they can do. Where's the creativity and individualism. You can teach a monkey to copy.
