  • @kooktocook Sure thing. I have never tried wholemeal pasta before but Iam definitely gonna try this dish. Lol Iam Indian and Iam learning how to make different pasta dishes, especially healthy ones.

    BTW I love the way u make ur videos. Short, straightfoward yet simple.

  • its ok i found it it the same thing as coriander so why do you use two terms if its the same thing

  • @kathyale123 I prefer to call the leaf 'cilantro' and the seed 'coriander'. Both are sold under the same name here which confuses many. 'Coriander Seed' doesn't work for me. Happy you found it. Works well with this combo of ingredients. enjoy! KtC

  • @totallymargeaux I prepare it often in hte summer. Use what veggies you have to mix it up each time. Sometimes I skip the mayo other times not. Both are good. Enjoy the recipe! KtC

  • Do you chill it in the fridge first before serving?

  • It can be enjoyed after being prepared or 'yes' allow to chill for an hour. (Any cold pasta salad is best to chill awhile as the flavours will blend better)

  • It is a guidline. You can use your favourite pasta and add the variable veggies. Always works out well this one. Taste as you go to get the flavours just right for you. cheers! KtC

  • Ok, I'm italian and I'm sure that if you cook it in Italy you'll have to fly off, because this is not "pasta"... Mayonnaise??? Coriander???? However pasta MUST be hot, not cold.

  • Who said I made an Italian dish? If I use rice is it then Asian? This is just a typical backyard BBQ-cold salad to go with large chunks of meat. Can be enjoyed wherever you live. cheer up! KtC

  • i'm Italian as well and i dont see anything wrong with cold pasta. the only reason why italian food is made the way it is, (i mean with the spices and sauces) us because those ingredients are found in italy)

  • I love Italian food. I have been over there and nobody suggested I 'fly off'. Yep, there are my NA versions and typical stuff here. I'm trying to just put forth variable ideas for perhaps 'everyone' to try'. I have been to so many countries I do not know the number (40+ anyway). I try to learn a bit on the food if I have the time (obviously I am eating there). The world has the internet, not everyone has frozen chicken burgers. cheers to Italy! KtC

    I worked in a italian restaurant too :) Can tell you over a 20 penne dishes if you want variating from all kinds of types
