Well it's nice to see Hamelin playing some classical repertoire instead of the lesser known moderns like Roslavets or Catoire, or the impressionists like Debussy or Romantics such as Liszt or Alkan. Not that they aren't all brilliant in their own styles of writing, but for a change, I must say it's nice. Fantastic Interpretation. Stays true to the score while creating his own vision of the piece. I'd say he's better than Gould in terms of Haydn.
