Damn..... this game looks great! I cant wait to get it, but I do have one question about it. Is Dracula gonna be in this one? Or is it gonna be like Lament of Innocence with a different final boss?

Well I reserved the game today, but I'm not 100% sure about the game. While the game looks cool and the fact that it's using Super Castlevania IV as it's biggest inspiration is great, I'm really not liking the idea that it's apparently supposed to be a franchise reboot. I love the timeline as crazy and fucked up as it is.

I don't care about all the negative comments on here...I WANT this game! Some people are to quick to judge a game based on just a trailer they see! Come on people you don't know what it's like until you play it! I played LOI and Curse of Darkness for PS2 and ENJOYED them! I also think the DS and GBA Castlevanias were good! All I'm saying is give this game a chance people! You may like it!

*Rolls eyes* To those that said the series is ruined by this new entry, don't judge a game before it comes out. I know there's some still burned by the Wii title, but at least give this one the benefit of the doubt.

AFTER it comes out, then we can resume going at each others throats whenever it might be one of the best or the worse he/she has ever played :p

During the first second I thought it would be Justin, hero of Harmony of Dissonance, but the name of his wife didn't compute, and next his own name. Too bad, I liked Justin and Lydie.

This one is not being handled by IGA at all, it is being developed by Mercury Steam, assisted by Kojima Productions.

I heard that this game wasn't even supposed to be a Casltevania, but because it had so much similarity to it, it is now made into a Casltevania.

Besides, I think the DS-Castlevanias (along with SotN and, to some extend, the two PS2 games) were the best Castlevanias.

The eal Castlevania is indeed dead, shadowserg, I would have prefered for this title to be a brand new IP like it was supposed to and not have the Castlevania name stuck on it.

Hideo Kojima. Can't think of someone to bring the CV series back from the brink of darkness.
