People should be able to buy what they want with their own money but those receiving food stamps should be limited to healthy foods only.

This is perhaps the best time for taxpayers to demand that all families receving food stamsps can't buy any more junk food. With the electronic card given to them I'm pretty sure the states can see what people are buying with food stamps.

School is only 180 days in a year, so the other half of the year kids are at home. It is up to PARENTS to see that kids each right.

This is a joke. You cannot FORCE kids to eat school lunches. My kid wont because it is so BLAND - and NOW Mrs Obama wants to make it worse. AND SPEND A BILLION DOLLARS DOING IT! How about spend HALF that Billion revamping Food Stamps - Make them like WICK - No Chips, Sodas, Candies, Cookies ect ... Make it so they have to swipe the food stamp card BEFORE they ring up the groceries - JUST LIKE WICK.. and if it's JUNK FOOD - THEY DON"T GET IT...

Among them was a 10-billion-dollar investment in the Child Nutrition Act, which sets food standards for what kids eat at school, and a rewards system for schools that offer healthy meals and regular physical education classes - 10 BILLION DOLLARS >>> ARE YOU KIDDING,,, cutting budgets everywhere else ... but give a a BILLION a year to "play" dietician... Video games and COMPUTERS are making kids fat. Can she take those away? Lack of Parenting is making kids fat, can she fix that too...?
