I keep hearing the CBO report quoted. The report is more complex than being portrayed. The report also said 65% of the package spending will be done quickly stimulating the economy. There's no magic bullet. It's going to be hard to recover. Economists are split on remedy, but most believe something should be done. President Obama is using the package as a first step to confront this massive problem.

The report said at first it will help the economy - then the bloated spending will put the economy even deeper down the toilet.
