Great video, but I must say respectfully: the singular of 'biceps' is... 'biceps'. We see it listed in dictionaries as 'bicep' but that's because dictionaries list not only what is correct, but also what is used erroneously. The plural is 'bicipites' (4 syllables), not 'bicepses'.
But thanks for this. I'm having surgery on mine soon.
It is really helpful to orthopaedic surgeon when received the exam to double check the image.
