  • i miss their old music which was mixed in such a way that the tones of the instruments really had center stage.

  • They sound better with less production to me.

  • i miss albums like this one :'( this is perfection right here!!!

  • 1:17 part of their song "magical" from their first demo. neat.

  • this is like the son of hendrix joined kayo dot!

  • I got an attempted guitar cover of this song on my page, the first few parts are the hardest though so you gotta bear through til the middle. it might be able to help anyone who wants to learn it!

  • I love this song. especially the amazing guitar work towards the end. great upload man.

  • wow. even the mediocre production on this song still can't supress the fucking genius of this shit. this is great stuff.

  • @heeheheheehehe

The production sounds a lot better on the record. Youtube compressed the audio a lot and I didn't know how to post in HD at the time. But yeah, this shit is liek h3lla r4d.

  • frick I love this so much.

  • 1:17 MAGICAL

  • I wish i had discovered math rock sooner, I cant get enough of it!

  • tera melos, maps and atlases, hella, by the end of tonight and ? ! and just math rock in general is one of the few genres that can give the feeling of what i call musical honesty and really make something that can represents humanity and the emotions we feel in every day life...with out this music i would have never found out what life is to me...just to be happy and live life at the fullest.

  • when my mom listened to this in the car she said "its not that i dont like your music its just i dont under stand it"

  • @eokmfcvefiom ... its probably a good idea to do a pre listening explanation to those that are not ready for this type of music -I spent a few minutes explaining to a friend "the stuff I'm going to play is a musical version of extremely horrific blinding explosions that are in an odd yet perfect sync with a guy juggling a 2 story high loop of 27 chainsaws set to "scream"

Most people end up curious and open their mind for it, although 'Behold the arctupus' did a number on a few that were ready

  • @eokmfcvefiom My mom says the same thing. "This sounds like 6 songs stuck together with scotch tape" - Mom on Hella

  • Damn why I haven't heard this sooner. This is awesome I gotta have it.

  • Just nutted....still recovering.....

  • Guitar sounds kind of distorted and crusty, but its pretty good. Like the constant change.

  • What I like about this is that there are no lyrics. That along with embracing a more avant-garde style.

  • What I love about this is that there are no lyrics. That along with embracing a more avant-garde style.

  • someone please explain to me the time signatures in this song, i can't tap my foot to it :(

  • @AsianAsianAsianAsian

    no.

    just feel it.

a good quote i once read was

"i like apples sometimes theyre green sometimes there not"

  • @IHAVEAGECKO

Yeah, that's mostly what you have to do. It's sort of half and half, and depends on the person. There are certain beats that I'm just used to feeling and make complete sense to me, but sometimes I have to work out the time signature to get into the feel of it better, or break it down.

  • I love that artwork, and the song is absolutely incredible

  • really good music

  • God I love this band, they honestly meld perfectly with my adhd, it's constant stimulation, all the time!

  • @Riveascor

You're a liar. It gets quiet and ambient later into the song, therefore not providing you with constant stimulation. You are a shit, a fag, and an ass (also you are homosexual and would most likely marry a man if you could without the risk of being ostracized by those around you for your sexuality and life choices).

Filthy, shit-faced liar. Go take a shit.

  • @Riveascor

Also this band is composed of men. Loving this band means you are a homosexual faggot that likes men.

    Take a shit, nigger.

  • @Riveascor

Also don't forget to check out my other vidz for today's hottest experimental and underground tunes. I recommend listening to the Bygones. It's a exhilerating collaboration between Zach Hill and this band's guitarist.

    Fuck you, fag shit.

  • @Riveascor

I'm sorry, I was bored. Just being sarcastic.

Also, although I wouldn't say a majority are ignorant, its just that the fundamentalist minority tends to make themselves look like the majority.

And plus that generalization of Christians being stupid could easily be expanded to the rest of humanity.

  • @Thelaofkazi

That's what you do when you get bored? Jesus Christ, man. Go take a shit.

  • Don't tell him what to do, pussy.

  • @Riveascor DUUUUUDE same here!

  • @TaylorAlanGardner

    HAHAH Yes!!!!!!!!!

ADHD is so much fun, it's like being on drugs 24/7

  • @Riveascor You are fucking dumb

  • @Rickles

    I don't mind Gannondorf either.

  • These guys started in a town near mine. And when i find out about them, they go on tour. that sucks.

  • such a great band. they arent very popular though.

  • It's actually incredible how popular they are with no label support.

  • That good to hear

  • @gearedtowardssalad sargent house?

  • @gearedtowardssalad well thats considering that people like us listen to him.. you find any average 15 year old teenager, they all listen to Justin Beiber and Lil Wayne so yeah.. People like Immortal Technique (rapper) sold 400,000 copies of his last album and he has no label support either.. it all depends on what kind of music and message u bring out.. If i showed this to any other teenager in my years, they would consider it sounds, nothing more, i consider this beautiful! =)

  • @gearedtowardssalad What about Sargent House...?
