By far one of the best documentaries on the Vikings out there. One small mistake though Finland is not part of Scandinavia, but Denmark is. Yea this documentary kinda sucks and are incorrect. The swedes and the norwegians were the same people back then, Sweden and Norway was founded later.
They also seem to forget that the danes ruled big parts of Sweden/norway and also bigger parts of Europe, like England. And they talk about the swedes going to russia for like one minute.

By far one of the best documentaries on the Vikings out there. One small mistake though Finland is not part of Scandinavia, but Denmark is. Not only that but the they seem to forget the small thing called the Danelaw and the legacy it left both on the area in the form of names for place but also the mark it left on the English language.

@TheDaniiboy Correct. They did not have horns. The horns were depicted in later European art that tended to mix earlier Celtic stereotypes of "barbarian Celts" to the "barbarian Vickings".
Vickings originally wore the typical 2-piece or 6-piece conical helmet designs - a design found throughout Europe (which had actually AlanoSarmatian Asiatic origins). and the richer wore that helmet with added nose and eye protection.
