that guy with the suit and the "pound of meat" is interesting.  you should start with him or...periodically throughout your long ass intro, put clips of him.

you shouldn't tell us your friend is acting. we could tell that. it takes away from the humor of it. it would be funnier to pretend that he's the real guy and just believe that.

altogether, in my opinion, this is a great idea
