Marsha Wrote it, recorded a demo in the 90s w/o Natalie. MJ heard this exact demo before She got a chance to evolve it into a Floetry song & he reached out to her to record it for 'invincible'. she let him record it.

She didn't write it for him. he heard this demo that was later put on Floetry's Debut CD as a bonus track

Yep, she wrote the song for Michael, and he recorded it for his album. There are still so many differences between the two even though they sound so similar - but Michael's just has that 'something'. It's his song. Great for Floetry, they're very talented.
