@songo4ever its all bout practice,also by taking some deep breaths prior to going under and then taking one deep breath after going under water try to relax and use minimal amount of energy,you air will last longer also when u feel u are out of air if you force urself(do it cautiously!) you will find you still have a lil bit longer then you think..or so im told when i asked on another vid... XD
