Star Trek: Slowly forgetting it's essence, becoming more and more like Star Wars with ray-beam guns with each passing year. If we keep this up, Star Trek will soon look like Flash Gordon for organized people. Trek does not need big, frag grenades in place of Photon Torpedoes, and Phasers need not be that flashy. Star Trek actually did much better as a low-budget TV series about the future.

Cryptic really wanted to make this look dull and boring. The space combat is far from this boring. The choice of music made it feel like a lecture. Yawn.

Why would they make it all ship battle....I bet you need a "Party" of ships to fight boss's, like that Borg cube, i bet you need like 9 ships to kill it. Why didnt that make it so you can like board it and stuff......Very bad move on there part....Unless they add this in a update or expansion im not getting it.

@Hrithmus It's not all ship battles(your comment is 5 months old so you probably know this but just in case)you can at some points beam into enemy ships and attack their bridge,you can also beam down to planets and give assistance and stuff.It's fun.I've only played the trial tho
