Just when I thought I've heard and seen all there is to Brother Marley... This video and song blew me away indeed!! Bob is righteous at picking riffs in the intro, I damn near fell out of my chair when I heard him hit vibrato on the strings. I would have loved to have seen him actually take lead riffs on some songs, his guitar playing was flawless. Junior Marvin ripped this up with a solo that can stand to any other solo Guitar World Magazine would salute as best of all time!!

that's Junior Marvin rippin there..the guy who Bob passed the torch onto and said to carry on with the Wailers so is now as the "original Wailers" with Al Anderson (Bob's 2 lead guitarists after Tosh left) but in order to be de original they would need Bunny and obviously should have Aston "Family Man" Barrett, Earl "Wya" Lindo, Tyrone Downie and the I-Threes to keep all the surviving members of the Wailers together..soo why de ras claat don't they?!

I'm thinking the lead guitarist is Al Anderson.

He joined the Wailers around 75 to record on the Natty Dread and Live! albums. Then after a brief hiatus returned for the last few years to play on both Survival and Uprising.

Judging by Marley's dreads and how he looks, it seems pretty late in his career so this was probably recorded during Al's second go 'round.

Al was also on Rastaman Vibration 1976 before joining Peter Tosh for 2 albums. He later returned to Bob Marley & the Wailers during the Kaya Tour 1978. Then he never left again. This is during a rehearsal before Uprising Tour 1980, probably in may.

Jr. Marvin does the solo even though Al did it live, Al was always more of a "rocker" than Jr.
