Double edged? This is technically a dagger, not a knife. And besides, Balisongs should only have one edge. Having two edges takes about half of the tricks you can do with it out of the question, because you'll just end up cutting your fingers off.

I've owned one of these for years and yes you can easily flip it without it cutting you, just like any other balisong. Like most cheaper Butterflies this one did break at the pivot point for the lock. It would not be a big deal but the handles are not solid so one side split in two. I rubberbanded the handle along the pocket clip and it is as good as new. Balisongs are not the most complex machines out there, so they can be fixed.

There's a shitton of tricks that require you to touch the (normally) dull side of the blade. Unless you're okay with cutting down your repertoire by half, these knives are shit.

I got this knife a few years ago and upon my first session of serous flipping the locking latch came off, and one of the handles came apart. But a little twist tye made it better. It's held up pretty good so far, and since I bought it just for looks, I can't complain.
