@MarilouPouletPatate I think all breeds need a lot of care and attention. Some people think bullies are not that smart but they really are and with that they are stubborn too but a lot of fun too. And all induvidual characters one is easy to train the other one doesn't like to at all :-)

We have rabbits and guinea pigs and our bully is brilliant with them. Even when we have sick ones that we bring indoors in open crates. I think the reason we have no problem is because we got our bully very young [can't remember how many weeks] and introduced to them the very first day he was home. we then took him to the guinea pigs and rabbits every evening when we went to feed them. Don't believe everything that is said about bullies.

The harnesses being used in the video allow for the dog to use his entire power to pull. There are harnesses where you attach the leash to the front, by the chest. Don't worry that these dogs are short on water or anything! This terrace is full of water containers and as caring dog owners we brought water for them ourselves aswel. If you had taken a better look you should have seen some in the vid.

watching a bully trying to swim is funny - pure muscle so they sink - they work so hard keeping their heads above. i had a brother and sister from the same litter - was going to enter them into competitions cos they were beauties but they were too unruly - i didnt train them much as i thought it took away from their natural "fuck you!!" character hehe "i know what sit means but...FUCK YOU!!" if you are considering getting one - dont be put off - mine were HARMLESS and often used as baby sitters

Wonderful video!! We are from Mississippi and have a bull terrier that is 2 years old. He has an awesome personality. He sits up on the couch and props his leg on the arm of the couch. He clearly says momma and is now trying to say I wub you. A little stubborn but so dedicated to mom. I got him from bulliesbygod- John Gravette. He is a wonderful breeder. We hopefully will be getting him a girl friend one day. Thank you so much for loving bull terriers.

When Snoet got in it for the first time she was like 10 months. She doesn't really like to swim but as long as she can feel the earth it's ok. Try get your bully in it (undeep) with a toy or ball and throw it a bit further each time :-) that's how i got her in. It must be something they really wanna have :-))

I had dogs in the past,but they were always my parents dogs(smaller).But I wanted a bigger dog as I got older.I read all sorts of dog training books&bull terrier breeds and temperment.

Bullies are really smart,but stubborn. My dog is a male and he's great w/animals and people, until he got spooked by some random teens at the mall and pepperspay by the mailman when he was a couple months old. Now he doesn't trust strangers

some what i got my first when i was 13 and i was def in for a surprise i wouldnt recommen it for someone under 16years old i am now 20 and i just got another one a week ago its hard to train them because they are so really playfull and like to be the alpha dog but if you have read and are sure you have the time to spend with them go for it u wont ever want to have another breed of dog!

You need a good breeder, patience, love the breed, a sense of humour for all the bad comments you get from kids like-what is that daddy? pleanty of time to run of their energy and determination to be top dog. But they are well worth it- there are no bad dogs just bad owners- our dog gets accosted by loads of so called friendly dogs whose stupid owners never have them on a lead. Good luck.
