People do, but we are the minority-- but as far as being a minority as the so called cliche starving suffering artist-- we are the majority and we would still write if our writing was simply to be burned the next day.

@lesjconj your right. a lot of poets are so self absorbed that when they write its like they are walking on clouds of bullshit and shitting out shit and picking it up and eating it. most poets are the same as singer/song writer, full of it!
