just a thought...What if Ed knew the secret of moving rocks(having a basic understanding...know where to construct,how to, etc.)...moved them... and then in the latter, aquire more equipment/tools to further study on the science and spent his days understanding the science in the different aspects of the secret(magnitism, resonance, gravitation, etc.)?

Considering when this was built, Ed knew something we do not. He could not have moved, and stacked, such massive blocks with pulleys alone. What I resent is that he died without revealing his secrets. Only a truly selfish man would fail to help humanity with his knowledge. for example, there ARE photos of Ed building, in fact pictures with him using a "tackle and box" system to lift the stones. so much for 6:40 & scientists/experts being baffled.
there's videos of a man named Wally Wallington, building his own stone hedge using only wood & stones. while Wally & Ed's feats of human ingenuity are certainly amazing they don't require supernatural explanations.
