Just to clarify/combat the people that enjoy arguing, I love guns, but Chinese is over produced, good album, but over produced. Afi are a drum machine, fag singer and a guitarist with no personality. Plus, they just copied this song. You want a good cover. Devil wears prada did an excellent cover on punk goes drunk. Super original.

The singer is an excellent vocalist. & for the record, he is not a fag. He is straight, although I'm not sure how that should effect you. The guitarist has a unique and complex playing style, but I'm sure you wouldn't know that because you clearly aren't familiar with them or their music. Oh, and this is a damn good cover. Rock on

Guns N Roses and AFI are two diffrent styles. You can't compare Them they are both fucking great in their own fucking way. I think AFI did an excellent cover because they put the GNR attitude into it but added their own sound. Better than John Mayer's cover of Patience.

Yes, actually. Back in 1987. Album was Appetite For Destruction. It was the 7th song on the album. Licensed to Guns N' Roses, Uzi Suicide and Geffen Records.

Both versions are good. However this was from a CD called "Punk Gone Metal". And since Guns N' Roses isn't metal, but hard rock, the entire idea is idiotic.

And even then, it barely switched to any genre. It still sounds like punk, except now it actually has a real tempo speed.
