at the main menu hold R1+R2 and press square,triangle,square,triangl­e release R1+R2 then hold L1+L2 and press right,up,right,up release L1+L2 then press L3+R3 at the same time and you should hear a noise that code unlocks everyone but hanabi hyugga and yellow flash for hanabi buy the regular and pricy perfume and then go one 2 dates with her and you'll unlock her (the first date she's at the place where kureni makes you eat vegitables and the next time she's at the dumpling place)

No man, I have Naruto Shippuden: Narutimate Accel 2, and all the ninjas from un3 are here. I have also Ultimate Ninja 2 and Uzumaki Chronicles 2(i recommend this one, the graphics are so cool and the story is great)

normal rasengan is not wind based

its a jutsu that changes the form of chakra (round) but has no elemental value...just chakra

chidori has no form but is electric element...its just pumping huge amount of chakra in form of electric

rasengan is not stronger than chidori...just depends on whos stronger using it

sasukes chidori beat naruto's rasengan cuz sasuke was stronger....but if its yondaime using rasengan it'd be a different story
