@texas817847 im sorry but 16psi doesnt correlate to power....16 psi can mean anything depending on the tune and supporting mods and 16psi out of a small turbo isnt going to be the same as 16 psi out of a bigger turbo....i beat a srt-8 charger on 13psi 333whp in an integra running a b16 with stock internals and head studs, with a PTE 6262 turbo billet wheel. the 300 and the charger pretty much the same in all aspects, same engine, same weight, same power.

It goes for any car, racing a built car against any stock car will more than likely when. There are some nasty fast Evo's and tegs out there, like AMS and T1 but there are full weight vipers in the mid 7's and that's on DOT drag radials.

@krystalized0 a stock b17a1 1.7 liter vtec runs 160 hp and 107 IBs of torque, the car is low weight and can rev up to 8500 rpm, top speed 140, but if invested in mods like a turbo, high flow fuel injectors, headers , and a short shifter, it adds 150 more horse to it, so it be round 300 hp with mods , but stock its a 160, yeah i know my b-seies well, my b17 runs pretty well
The Teg was probably running the same amount of Horse Power as the Viper. That viper only has like 450HP. No duh it was going to beat it. The Teg weighs as much as a cardboard box. Now if it was an '08 Viper, that would have been a different story.

In my opinion worn rings and spun bearings come back to how well an engine was built and maintenance...Im a big believer in do it once and do it right, So needless to say ive had pretty good runs with the cars ive owned and modified

Honda tuning bolted a turbo to a completely stock B16a - tuned it then put it through it's paces. It wasn't until it hit 550hp on the dyno that a weak factory conrod bolt failed! That in itself i believe is testament to the design because most factory v8's are in a pile of bits by then!

after a certain point in a turn you accelerate but if you have a fwd piece of shit then you have terrible tourque steer and far less traction from a stop or at a low speed. Any fwd car is a fail because a rwd car with similar power would do much better.

The viper is around the ball field of 90k car, no mods. If i had 90k to blow on a car i rather spend at the most 30k on a car and have 60k to play around with. That's just me though.

It goes for any car, racing a built car against any stock car will more than likely when. The chance of a Honda throwing a rod at around 9000rpm is rather unlikely. These things are built strong and are made for this kind of abuse all day long!
Honda tuning bolted a turbo to a completely stock B16a - tuned it then put it through it's paces. It wasn't until it hit 550hp on the dyno that a weak factory conrod bolt failed! That in itself i believe is testament to the design because most factory v8's are in a pile of bits by then!

im not sure, its probably a k24 fully built with k20 head, low compression and all the goodies. Look up CFT K-Series Hot Rod 38PSI Dyno Session. Youll see it make 904hp

It's funny reading these comments of hating and shit. But in a way the pros and cons of these cars are that yes the integra is built, probably less than 40k,if that, put into it. The viper is around the ball field of 90k car, no mods. If i had 90k to blow on a car i rather spend at the most 30k on a car and have 60k to play around with. That's just me though.

Well, that's a big difference in what you can do to a car. How long do you think a car with that tune will last? Probably not as long a stock tuned car. Any car really. Yeah the Integra beat the Viper but Integras are for teenagers. I'd be embarrased to be seen in one, even if it was the fastest one on the block.
