This tune is fairly easy to play but yeah there is one particular hand stretch that is somewhat problematic for me sometimes because you have to leave enough room for the open E string to get a "pedal" effect, ringing notes. I'm sure Joe could pull it off perfectly every time though.

I found the tablature online some 8+ years ago and found it extremely hard to make the stretch to some of the notes... and I'm a girl with a great hand span.... Perhaps I missed something. But this certainly does mimic a rainy day and is among my favorite Satriani melodies.

@kyesback Yes I have. I admit it's not an easy song, but that's Satriani... he's very technical and incredibly talented. I learned Summer Song when I played electric and while most of it is easier than Tears in the Rain, playing the entire song correctly is far more difficult. It's the same with all of his other songs I've tried as well... I just found Tears in the Rain to be easier overall, from start to finish.
