  • I was to a special doctor real. Listen to me. i made a 1 hour body test from heart to muscle, carbs to brain. She tald me that i have to quit the sugars and start drinking 3 L of water. She give me a recepies. It's about: Omega 3, Vitamin D, Triple Lecitin, Garlic and MEAL Time !! All are verry importnat for a guy like me- Endomorh with Mesomorph but mostly Endo. I'm not trying to say bull -shet... but that's hte fact. And it's Real.. I have power but the fat storage it's the enemy !!!!

    wide shoulders strong muscular back, but then again i have gained easily weigth because of carbs, but when i started to workout and lost the fat and i was on low-carb now i would be closest to meso, or both i dunno, all this talk abougth morphs remind me of the lord of the rings i gotta watch that shit again.

  • 1-1.5g of protein per lb bw, 0.5g of fat per lb bw, 30-50g of fiber and the rest of the calories should be filled up with carbs (and enough leucine). the specific foods and how you split them up during the day don't matter as long as you get your numbers right.

  • I'm an Endomorph/Meso and cutting right now. I'm sticking to my eating schedule and losing weight. but now for a week it has stopped. Do a video about REFEED(s) or CHEAT MEALS to fuck up your metabolism again and restart the process.

  • As a former obese man I want to say that for the most part obese peole really eat a lot.. it's only some overweight people that can have the same diet as a thin man and still be fat

  • endomorphs have the advantage of being able to build muscle easy but it doesn't balance well when theres a thick layer of fat covering those muscles. A cardio regimen helps a lot, endomorphs benefit more from it than the other body types.

  • @1BlackCotton if your making your own its usually ok but its still high in sugar and you will gain weight from it

  • @Keeperz1 Thank you for you'r reply, well I usually drink only one or two glasses a day (for example: 2 apple + 1 carrot + water). I workout quite often and this is my only source of sugar on daily basis,so I don't think it's going to be a problem.

  • @1BlackCotton yeah it sounds good, if you are able to try to drink it straight after your work out this would refuel your glycogen levels and could actualy help you lose weight. hope this helped

  • it's fucked up to be an endomorph... i'm working-out for 4months now... my upperbody ofcourse is getting bigger and bigger.. and then i got my lower back and stomach... fucked up! all i eat a day is in the morning a little bit of natural yoghurt and a glass of multivitamines... then at 10 i eat a cracker... at lunch 4slieces of whole grain bread then at 3 a cracker again and then at 6some chicken... for the rest of the day nothing but water... i'm losing weight,, but really really slow!

  • @proggiefill Man, your body is storing fat because you aren't eating nearly enough man. You shouldn't eat a ton, but you gotta eat more than that. Your body is storing all of that fat cause it knows it wont be getting a lot of food during meal times, your body is scared its gonna starve.

  • I wouldn't say that the endomorphs got fucked over. If anything, we are the WARRIORS! Lol. Back in the Archaic era, the time of the Macedonian, Spartans etc, the warriors who had an easier time training and therefore succeeded more likely in training and battle, were more likely endomorphs. They didn't tire out as easily because they held on to more body fat (energy). Believe it or not, endomorphs actually have a benefit. It's just in today's society, we're raised to eat a little too much, lol.

  • General question for anyone with an answer. Well I use to be fat, but had a good bit of muscle. I would say around 21% bf at around 220 Ibs a good 5'10" age 18. Now over the this summer I don't really know what happened, but I lost all my bf pretty much, and now I can see my top four abs. Skinny man abs though nothing impressive. I also lost all my muscle. My bench went down to 110x10 from 150x no effort all day. I don't gain really gain bf now. What's up with that? Now I run and weight train.

  • @Weston29406 Oh yeah my weight went down from 220 ish to 160 ish. I didn't really do anything to get any drastic changes. I can tell I am a shit load weaker compared to what I was capable of before. I think it's fucking weird because before my weight would bounce around all day. Now it seems pretty solid. My diet is less shitty yet still shitty. I do drink a shit load of water now. I just don't understand where the change came from.

  • @CODshadowstrike01 avacados, flaxeed oil maybe mix a half tea spoon into your beans, im assuming you cook with a healthy fat like olive oil or flaxseed oil

  • One thing you guys left out was "Don't be afraid of cardio". Cardio is your friend. I used to be the guy who said "You wanna do cardio? Lift weights fast..." But especially for endomorphs, you don't have to worry about cannibalizing your muscle too much.

  • @thirtyworld you have to have the energy in the form of carbs to do cario in excess-- when I was only eating 3000cal. and doing an hour a day on the eliptical I went from 245lbs to 180lbs. I lost a shit load of fat- but also lost a lot of muscle that It has taken me months to put back on-- my advice-- always eat an hour before cardio sessions , and only push yourself hard every other day. Do half- sessions in between- that's my advice from what I went through, you may be diffrent-

  • I can only go to gym at night. Say around 8 pm. I spend about 1 hour there. This does not mean that I can't eat carbs at night, does it?

  • @DIEGODEGGO2 .... It's a Fucking warm up. Don't read into it too much. Pick a very light weight and do about 20-30 reps. Lubes the joints and puts blood in your muscle, gettting it ready for a workout.

  • As mentioned earlier, genetics do play a role in the make up of a person's body composition, but whenever a lard ass says it's genetics, it's usually not. Most of the time they do not move enough and consume more energy (calories) than they use.
