  • Ur best president, but his message truly forgoten, because all you do is fear and it controls a great nation. Never be ruled by fear or ul just hate.

  • RON PAUL

  • You know what I like? The fact that a video like this has 50,000 views but a Justin Beiber video can get 500,000,000 views. Awesome!!!

  • ... and the possible takeover from China if we don't nuke them....

  • thats on the end of the music cult of personalaty from living colour

  • @RicardoFernandes19 And its place there is very appropriate.

  • F.D.R . what a great president .

  • This made me feel good

I'm kind of in love with F.D.R.

  • @Beeevaaa Beeevaaa and FDR sitting in a tree: K-I-S-S-I-N-G First comes love, then comes marriage, then comes baby in a baby carriage!

  • @DrSpecialBrown TY for that xD

  • i heard when he learned that a millionaire would not pay his taxes he said "arrest that guy's ass and bring him to me."

This guy meant what he said, man.

  • Obviously FDR wasn't around when Slender Man was making its rounds..

  • What powerful words

  • banksters and right wingers serving these banksters

  • how come every video turns into ppl fighting eachother

  • yes, gridiron it IS a cinspiracy book because it reveals what IS a conspiracy. Read it and learn something or just continue to stick your head in the sand, which is what most people are expected to do. And we DO condemn those who are paid huge sums of money to uphold and protect the US Constitution and the American people and who instead rip them off an enslave them.

  • Please read the book "The Creature from jeckyll Island", which painstakingly documents everything we said, and - if you are able to read - get back to us after you have read it.

  • @mrspatrickcampbell hmm... a conspiracy book... though, it's not one I believe in.

and even then, he still got out of the depression and led WWII really well, so don't think of him as a pile of doo-doo.

And who are you to condemn others? You are not God; don't act like you are God.

  • FDR, a politician who did NOT induce fear to promote his political agenda

we could use a leader like this in today's society

  • @Tcassa89 we have one. I havent seen Obama fearmonger. He hasnt pointed to the Chinese and said 'blame them.' he hasn't pointed to the latinos and said, 'expel them.' he hasn't pointed to the past, and said, 'let us copy 100% of what our fathers did.' no, instead, like FDR, Kennedy, and Wilson, he looks to the future, and the promise that it has. He hasn't done a great job, but he's done a much better job than any president since JFK,

  • 1 Republican dislike this.

  • Who's the douche who "disliked"?

  • A mass-murderer who is now hopefully burning in hell, FDR was a sick piece of doo-doo, totally owned by the anglo-american international banking cartel.

  • @mrspatrickcampbell

Mass-murderer? What? And there's no hell.

  • @mrspatrickcampbell youre a wierdo. :) yes, banking cartels are bad, but then... they HATED FDR. They routinely called him a socialist, a bastard, and they were continually against him, in all 4 of the elections that he won. He won because southerners, westerners, northerners, jews, whites, and.. well, other whites, voted for him in record numbers. I dont like what he did with japanese americans and he was too moderate in regards to civil rights, but overall, he was a great man :)

  • @mrspatrickcampbell

Anglo american international banking cartel?...burning in hell????

The man who led us through the great depression following an ineffectual Hoover by creating FDIC insured deposits and putting millions to work.

The Man who led us through World War II

Be silent little man - you're a complete nutjob!

  • hitler disliked this video.

  • @audacityknight thats is so damn rite

  • @audacityknight Hitler and Mussolini are the only two dislikes on this video.

  • @audacityknight Hitler's dead.

  • @audacityknight

The other dislike must've been Hoover.

  • The only thing we have to FEAR today is the People we sent to Washington.... and that is the TRUTH!

  • look at all those white middle-class faces xD

  • Both of the Roosevelts cared about the American people. FDR took a lot of the Progressive Repbulican ideals that his cousin Teddy believed and made it reality, Now these Godless Southern Democrats who have hijacked the Republican Party want to undo everything the American people have worked for and gained under the Roosevelts and sell us out the highest bidder. They are traitors and deserve to be hanged with thier bodies left for the crows and coyotes!!! We need another T.R. or F.D.R.!!!!

  • @uncletupelo96 That's what I said! >.<

  • Only when we are no longer afraid do we begin to live. Dorothy Thompson

  • There is one nazi still alive

  • @ACSBehemothHellcat Yeah, what a great song from a great band!

  • He forgot to mention spiders.

  • 1 person fears more than just fear itself.

  • i remember the very first time i actually heard a tape of fdr saying that line, i cried

  • He has the cutest accent.

  • Top five presidents: Washignton, Lincoln, Jefferson, FDR, Truman.

  • polio may have crippled your legs but not your spirit

  • Happy Anniversy Franklin and Eleanor Roosevelt (106 years)

  • I don't want to take it away from being about the speech, but people don't have voices like that anymore. Haah.

  • wish he was still here. we need a fdr like you man

  • what about spiders, those mother fuckers are creepy, and your cousins big stick won't kill it.

  • I see the teleprompter

  • LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVE that line.

  • we have 1 Nazi

  • he's the guy on armymen rts! hahaha

  • you can tell he was a favorite..he was elected to FOUR terms

  • He was one of the good presidents.

  • You may not like his politics but nevertheless, FDR was the epitome of what is means to be 'Presidential'.

  • A message needed now more than ever.

  • I LOVE ROOSEVELT!

pieprzonemu dziadowi nawet wojska nie chciało się ruszyć na wojnę

    AMERICA IS GREAT

    frajer oddał nas komuchom

  • fantastic, thanks for the upload

  • @FTWinBand well i actually heard it in The Clone Wars, the game about the dark reaper

  • Best president the US has ever had. He did so much for us. The US NEEDS another president like this.

  • 0:33 Yes!

  • I remember pandemic used this in their logo

  • I can't believe he's not regarded more in our politics today. We need to go back to his kind of policies. Implement the Second Bill of Rights as intended.

  • Why are the crowds in these speeches so bad. After Roosevelt said ...fear itself! everyone should have cheered. And then the crowd ruins Reagan's tear down the wall speech. It should have been "Mr. Gorbachev, open this gate; (no applause) Mr. Gorbachev! Tear down this wall!" Instead the crowd breaks up the suspense and cheers in the middle of reagans quote.

  • @xenomann442 they where sad due to the great depression?? lol idk

  • FDR definitely suffered from phobiaphobia. He was a brave man. It takes a lot of guts to be living paradox. It takes a great man to be a walking contradiction. God bless this man's soul.

  • this speech gives me goosebumps

  • Very powerful stuff. Shame he died before WW2 ended.

  • greatest president

  • @whitetig2 greatest president?? the guy didn't just allow but made sure the pearl harbor attack happened!! and that's not even debatable either! it's a fact! and even this quote that is used so much is just stupid... that's all most americans do fear is everything including fear itself! to fear fear itself makes a person fear everything. man when are people in this country going to just wake up and get smart??

  • @Y2YAY well of course he is the greatest president let us not forget that he served three terms and turned down the fourth term "there's a reason for that".Also u need to first understand why pear harbor occurred,it was because we Americans where consistently placing economic sanctions on Japan because their economy was expanding so quickly and "we" didn't like it.Japan decided fine then we will have to expand by force which is there every right that is why they invaded those Asian Countries.

  • @Y2YAY

I would ask that you please educate yourself before making such voracious and baseless statements.

It is quite obvious that you do not understand FDR's quote, for we have nothing to be afraid of except for "nameless, unreasoning, unjustified terror." Simply fearing fear is absurd and without cause.

I beg of you: please do think before you speak. Thanks.

  • @whitetig2 smartest president ever

  • @whitetig2

    1. Abraham Lincoln

    2. Franklin D. Roosevelt

    Best Presidents

  • @whitetig2 After Teddy Roosevelt of course.

  • @whitetig2 remember that time he sent the Japanese to internment camps?

  • @whitetig2 was he british he has kind of a british accent

  • @winstonsims1234 Lol..

  • @winstonsims1234 Yeah a british person as the President of the United States of America. Really?

  • @whitetig2 one of the most powerful and influential, but not even in the top half.

  • @whitetig2 he was not the greatest president that would be Ronald Reagan!!

  • @23texaspanda Your joking right? The man who started the last 30 years of american industrial decay, the desolation of the middle class, the upward redistribution of wealth, and so on, that is teh man you consider the best president? I can name you 25 million people who disagree, the 25 million people who live in poverty because of his policies, doubling the number from its original 25 million to 50 million. Reaganomics failed misirubly.

  • @dave19941000 Damn right. No one sees it this way though which is why we are in such a shit hole today. Absolutely ridiculous that FDR is considered greater than some of the founding fathers and Harding and Coolidge who kept govt. out of the private sector to get us out of the 1920-21 depression with ease.

  • epic

  • @kennykiller911 i dont like your user name to much

  • @KennyBare lol. sorry man. made account when i was a kid.
