Why are the crowds in these speeches so bad. After Roosevelt said ...fear itself! everyone should have cheered. And then the crowd ruins Reagan's tear down the wall speech. It should have been "Mr. Gorbachev, open this gate; (no applause) Mr. Gorbachev! Tear down this wall!" Instead the crowd breaks up the suspense and cheers in the middle of reagans quote.
