1-get advanced system care...

2-get a good antivirus preferd avg

3-dont try to make your computer look cool with programs like fences or docklets...

4-get an external drive if you dont want to waste your mane computers gigabites go to that drives propeties then readyboost and make it for ram.

5-it helps if you have a Quad-Core CPU like kynigh says hope this helps
