Normally, reviews and other such news/editorial coverage is plainly covered under Fair Use. Don't let the "Video game or software visuals" deal scare you, it's perfectly legal. The only issue that I see with your video in question is that it actually offers no commentary in addition to the footage. It's not really a review, y'know? It could still be a gray area because you're using the footage to demonstrate gameplay as a "newsworthy" item, and that SOMETIMES flies, but not always.

It's apart of MSN Live or whatever it's called.

It's on by default on Windows Live Messenger. Download that and you should be good. Make sure you have the newest version of course. If you do already then go to options and then alerts and you should be able to figure it out from there.

I got one of those offers too but I declined it. I thought it sounded kinda fishy and it was talking about one of my videos but that video was like a random one and not even a flea market one or anything... I don't know.

I tried this on my Aladdin gameplay video and they deleted it from Youtube. IMO, it's not worth the gamble if the video is some good.
