i didnt really like the burning bush scence. dont get me wrong, the entire scene was awesome! but the way they did the fire was what threw me. it looks more like smoke when you try to lite a green bush on fire instead of actually being on fire which was what made it so amazing.
the experiences and miralces of God are to hard to explain in words only that the words are to hard to even come by and that the Love of the Lord the holy shost experiences that i have had.......... he will meet u in whatever circumstance u are in and will give u his spirit............ for Jesus Christ is GOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
watch it in hebrew. i dont know how it would be for someone who dont know it, but for me, it was scary, powerful experience - to hear maybe the closest thing god did told to moses (all of gods lines in this movie are 100% quotes from the torah in the hebrew version, also the choir in all songs are quotes from the torah.)
when i first sew the part of 2:50 [god screaming at moses] i was so afraid by the word used there - very "powerful", ancient, words and phrases that human will never dare to use
This scene is simply breath taking... when the "flames" of the bush wrap all around Moses, it's like he's being embraced by God and all His love and comfort and security... How amazing would it be to just be held by God Himself?
I think that this scene is breath taking... When the flames of the bush engulf Moses... it's like God is embracing Him with all of His love and comfort and safety. It's absolutely beautiful and brings tears to my eyes just at the thought of being able to be held by God like Moses is here... How amazing would it be to be held by God?
Anyone knows a trance or techno song that used the extact lines from this part of the movie. I heard this a long time ago and i need help finding out the songs name
Well the song actually starts at 0:11 . The name of the song is called the Burning Bush. Seriously amazing song and the best part of this movie(I mean the scene).
The most powerful scene in the movie. The music is so emotional, I literally get chills up my spine every time the part when God scolds Moses comes up. How I wish I could see what Moses saw that day. I would be speechless for the rest of the week!
I am not religious, but this film is one of my all time favorites because it was amazing in too many ways. this scene always makes me cry even though I don't associate myself with God..it goes to show how well made this movie is, it's so underrated...
moses was blessed to have such an experience, but how amazing it must have been for the jews to walk and talk with the burning bush bound in flesh...jesus christ. i wonder what it was like for them...mortal men like you and i, able to spend time with god himself..and to laugh with him, and cry with him. how awesome it must have been to see the final destination of your prayers standing looking back at you with love in his eyes.
i love the part when God gets angry at moses he sees that he is afraid... then God comforts him in a calm voice... WHAT A GOD WE SERVE!!! GOD IS SO AWESOME!!!
This part of the film just really gets to me. Moses was so scared, I remember my grandfather would tell us about this encounter during Passover and he would just break down. Moses did this for God, he did it for us even though his heart was jumping out of his chest with every breath he took. We are no longer slaves in Egypt, we have much to be thankful for, and not just around Passover. Shalom to everyone.
wow man, thats pretty incredible. i can't watch this movie without getting constant chills. especially in this part. this movie should be a beacon to everyone, Jewish, Muslim, Christian, or whatever. I'm a Muslim and i think that this story is amazing.
ive always believed myself an emotionaly tough person, but anytime i see this part my eyes water because of my guilt.i love how god gets angry with moses for continuing to not have faith or believing, but at that same moment is right there to comfort him.we most definatly are not worthy
This movie was so inspriational when I first watched it. And the great part about it is, I can still watch it and not feel weird because of it. It taught me a lot. Thanks for posting! :)
Why doesn't God show more entrances like these nowadays. I mean, if a Burning Bush burns and it does't ashen or die, then obviously, it would be God (unless He's not into cliche's, I wouldn't know)
i love this movie! brings back memories. i like the part where moses turns the river into blood and the plagues. i also like the part where miriam sings 'when you believe'. thank you for bringing this up!
I like "Prince Of Egypt"... My favorite part(which is slightly inaccurate) was when Moses and the Israelites was walking in-between the divided "red sea", and they saw the HUGE silhouettes of whales and sharks... That was cool.
HaShem has delivered B'nei Yisrael from all it's enemies!!!!

what if the bush was really on fire and he just put his hand in it.......ow
On the other hand I love the animation they did with the fire on the bush that was pretty cool.

I know now just how insignificant mankind is in the universe... a doomed and
simple species thrown up as a side effect of an experiment by the Elder Things.
It is a blessing that such flawed creatures as ourselves have such a short and
limited future.
