Dr Al Bayati is also a PhD pathologist. He is very qualified to render an evidence based opinions and has an identity and credentials that are easily verified so there is no excuse to misrepresent them. His PhD indicates his proficiency in a field of research, but not in clinical work. Based on this understanding, I believe this means he is a Doctor in much the same way a PhD in Accountancy is a Doctor. Further I believe the Board listing is a reference that his PhD is in comparative pathology.
