My attempt to make The 24 Hr Holiday Detox Diet

@BeantownBandstah Yes, the tea you have to drink it warm. I put it in the refrigerator when I make it and then when Im about to drink it, I put it in the microwave for 1 Minute.

Well I have tired 2 ask u a few questions here & there but never heard back : ( so I'am hopin this will b the 1 lol, Does this help u lose fat weight or water weight ? after 24 hours u eat solids then go back 2 the detox alternate each night detox solids.. til when ?? and then when u stop does the weight come back immediately?

@redjeans214 Im sorry I have not responded. Sometimes Im overwhelmed w/ messages or comments. The detox diet helped me lose weight on the scale. Im not sure what you mean by fat or water weight. The 24 hr detox diet is a one shot deal, after 24 hrs u go back to dieting w/ regular foods. U do not go back on the detox diet on day 3,4,5 etc. I did not gain my weight back. I've actually maintained at 158 lbs with the 5lb loss from the detox diet for 2 weeks straight.

HI Mel! I am just in the process of making this detox right now! I'm hoping it might help me get to ONEderland! I'm 203 today, and am dying to see 199 on that scale! I started at 264 lbs, and had the Slimband procedure (Canadian...similar to lapband). Thank you for your great videos and your journey here. All the best!

@bandedwendy It's 2 p.m. here so far and no headaches either. I've been strictly detoxing from 7 a.m. Im glad were doing it together. Cant wait to see the numbers tomorrow

Sounds horrible. How can you detox on sweetener? You would be better off doing a real juice detox with fresh fruit and vegie juices for a few days to really give your body a clean out and a kickstart.

Ok so is this what you have all day or 24 hours? Do you eat real food with it? Or just the drink for 24 hours?

@Starlite0820 Yes hun, you are on liquids for 24 hours alternating between lemon water and the detox juice.  You cannot have anything else which includes solids.

Have fun with that Mel. I got a really bad headache. Now I do a yogurt day and I like this a my weight drops 5lbs in 2 days.
