One way to recharge enchanted items is to buy recharge from Mages Guilds.

You could also use Soul Gems to trap monsters souls in them and use the gem to recharge your weapon.

There is also items named "Varla Stone" which can recharge every enchanted item in your inventory. Varla Stones are pretty rare and hard to find.

do the clavicus vile shrine quest, keep the Umbra sword, it soul traps for 120 seconds.

I've stopped him from dying before but there is no reward or real reason to. It fucks up the quest order as a matter of fact so the arrow points to him the whole time. Kind of funny though cause if you do save him instead of helping you he just stands at the entrance.

Yeah well.. i dont like oblivion because everything is levelled... Thats annoying "feature" in new games.

I stopped playin on lvl 25 or something.. I had best equipments you can get. And my armor set was enchanted for 125% chameleon so you can just hit enemies and they cant see you :D (plus every attack is sneak attack with damage multiplier). It was fun for a while..

what do u do really? i am at lvl 20 but i have soon finished all the quest, and i am in the dark brotherhood, grand champion arena, dont remember my rank in fighters guild,i also have all the relics in knights of the nine, and i am a conjurer in mages guild, but what do u do? it must be boring to have finished all the quests right?

im only lvl 8 but im the higest rank in Arena, Fighters guild, thieves guild, and dark brotherhood. Arena was easiest lol
