What is known of that night so far, according to Putnam County Sheriffs and FDLE investigators is that:

* The girls father, Ronald Cummings was at work at PDM in Palatka.

* The girls mother was in Baker County.

* The girls babysitter-then stepmother-then ex-stepmother Misty Croslin was the last person to see HaLeigh and investigators believe she is the key to this case. They maintain that her stories about the night are inconsistent and conflict with the evidence.

There are still questions about his time at work. Did he get fired from that job and did he get another if so? Why didn't we see the judge asking him how he made his money, did we?

I did not see the judge ask him anything.

PSCO says he was at work, they have a fingerprint scan for in and out so I would say he was at work. Course Misty could have called him if something happened, but then she would have to be involved.

I have no idea if they are after her to get RC but they have said he is not involved.

I am just taking the PCSO at their word.

News Talk 97.3 The Sky has confirmed the story that HaLeighs mother Crystal Sheffield recently failed a drug test . That was a finding at a family status hearing last Monday. Crystal has been ordered to rehab. Her son, HaLeighs little brother Ronald Cummings Jr., remains with Crystals family in Baker County. He has been there since shortly after Ronald Cummings Sr. was arrested on drug charges.

They said they fired him for not coming back to work or calling in. I think that since he was an operator of a crane and there was lots of talk about his drug use.

I've supported her from the beginning. Whenever they keep on to one person without giving facts, it makes me wonder. They play on You Tube Ronald talking to the reporter but not his grandma. They've looked at Misty and pointed fingers at her. It isn't right for her to say they need to look at the other side? Why not? Ron's Mom was at Misty's the night before, but that is never discussed. I just heard that this week. So Ron's Mom must be hiding something. Ron thinks Haleigh is dead? WHY?

she failed the lie detector and the hypnosis, she did not cooperate. I hope she gets brave enough to tell everything she knows because there has to be more to it.
