  • awesome bass lick at 1:34 followed by crazy free jazz flute

  • Very crazy!! hahahaha

    Cool!!!

  • organisation and later Kraftwork took the influences of european jazz on labels such as ECM and of minimalists such as Steve reich,Paul Dreschler and others and made a new pop music and aesthetic...Florian's image and dress sense is WAY ahead of its time..

  • yes but the t-shirt has an image of himself on it....don't you love that...way ahead of its time..very 1980s...

  • I totally agree with you residentmich as from our point of view this may be where all of us would find the genesis of electronic pop/dance music. We can also see why they became so influential, I know that this is quite free form and proto, but they seem to draw on

universal/global sounds (arabic or possibly oriental in places. Black Dog/Plaid do this to a masterly effect in a spiritual and futuristic way. Kraftwerk where always a confident and optimistic sounding group.

  • Thanx for posting this up again. I was desperatly disappointed when it had to be taken down. This should be taught to kids at school as its lineage spreads across so much of modern music. Amazing stuu and once again thanyou.
