To say that illiteracy rate in Bolivia is well above 70% has as much truth as saying the capital of Japan is Cochabamba. It's more like 13% actually (check the cia factbook). It's true that one of Bolivia's priorities is education. It also needs less corruption, more efficient judicial system and MUCH better wealth distribution. True, Evo is not doing things right, but there aren't many alternatives either and the traditional parties are as good as dead.
