i normally leave my sore throat to heal by it self because normally i don't know what cause it so i just leave it but it also mean i don't eat when i have a sore throat, i have a sore throt now and i haven't ate for 3 days now this is my 4th day without food. i can't eat solid food since it will hurt and i haven't got soft food to eat ether. plus i think i can live without food for along time since i eat alot without a sore thoat. hopefully this sore throat will only last about 3-5 days more

Hey you shouldnt mix lemon with a metal spoon you must use a plastic spoon instaed because if lemon stays with the metal spoon for long it will become poison to your body because the metal will drop some acid due to the lemon contact so dont do that anymore....

The salt actually helps a lot. It dehydrates all the bacteria being built up in your tonsils making it easier for your body to kill. This way you have less irritation and feel better quicker.

This is similar to what I do, what I do helps too, it doesn't necessarily kill the pain completely but it does help it slightly, and helps kill the bacteria a little.

Get a table spoon (big spoon) of olive oil mixed with sugar, preferably not granulated sugar, try and get raw sugar or a sugar that wont completely dissolve straight away.

Swollow it down, follow by a big sip of freshly squeezed lemon juice.

The sugar lightly scrapes of the bacteria and the lemon after also helps kill bacteria
