  • He is very attractive, very, very, very, very attractive, he is handsome, hot, and he talks so softly, so sweet, I´d looove to give him many and many kisses, his lips is so hot!

  • @CrayolaBabez Oh Yea people say we look alike,we should meet up for about 10 hours ;)

  • that interviewer reaeeallly likes james hahah :) i would too!!

  • how can u find robert pattinson attractive, when this guy is alive?!?

  • lol 1 minute is not a long time to kiss James Franco XD

  • Get your old dictionary out, look up sexy, and you'll find a picture of James Franco. DAMN!

  • i can't help it i'm totally in love with james franco....

  • You know, if James Franco ever came up to me and said, "Kim. I've been waiting for this moment for a long time." Would you like to know what would happen next? Me NAKED WITH A COWBOY HAT ON xD <3 James Franco

  • so beautiful c:

  • damn he's sexy. i'd gladly kiss him for 24 hours straight

  • James Franco is the definition of sexy.

  • just read all these comments/arguments and now my eyes are burning :/

aah well, james franco'll make it all better <3

  • Guys, don't be hating on Franco and Penn making out. I know you want in on the action, but it just wouldn't be the same. Maybe someday your princes will come and take you away from Narnia since you're all so obviously far in the closet. :D

  • @rainbowIchigo Lmfao! That's Fucking awsome. Good one. ;)

  • @rainbowIchigo ahahahahaaa! awesome! nice one!

  • don't know if its just me aha but i swear he's got the CUTEST smile =| <3 !

  • @xoXRainbowCupcakeXox he does!! he's so damn sexy and cute at the same time haha <3

  • i'd do anything to make out with him ;)

  • ew

  • i'm gonna make out with him for 127 hours.

  • I like men, women, transgenders, elves, mermaids, aliens...I'd make out with them all.

  • Y U cut the most important adorable kiss scene!?

  • Comment removed

  • i'd love to make out with him for at least 1 hour...^^

  • I'd love to make out with him for at least an hou...^^

  • i love him

  • With or without the beard, he's still hot! ;)

  • With or without the beard, he's still hot! ;)

  • i like him better without beard…

  • @MissMeron It's from the movie Milk. That has to be mY absolute favorite gay movie simply because of the content and the actors' chemistry.

  • @BLAH2438976 Milk is a great movie but my favourite gay movie is by far Brokeback Mountain. And I never really liked westerns...

  • Hes Lovely

  • Hes Lovely

  • he is beaaautifuul!

  • He is so HANDSOME here....

  • Americans never get out of this sex session ,,why every mother fucker ask this guy about sex scenes ...most of Americans they all after dick and pussy ,,,for God sake ask the real question,,what kind of stupid journalists we have in this country????

  • @MrBradlycooper It's because scenes like that are uncomfortable for a lot of people and actors... What journalists want to know is how they felt, because it really is awkward for many people.

  • his smile is soo adorable :-).

  • The kiss he was talking about- the one where he was on the stoop of the Camera shope- that has to be one of the sweetest kisses I've ever seen in a movie.

  • @BLAH2438976 what movie was it?? i HAVE to know! thanks:) lol

  • the only thing God truly hates in bullshit

  • gays are the bomb diggity guys. you havent had a good time til you've had a good bumming, take it from me and my girlfriend's strap on

  • he's so damn attractive

it also irks me how whenever there's a video on youtube that has something to do with homosexuality, there are heated arguments in the comments about God and religion and how homosexuality is wrong, unacceptable, etc (we've already heard all of that). people should just respect other people's opinions and get on with their lives.

  • @lovechloex

I agree, people like that are fucking stupid in my eyes. I don't care who adults choose to sleep with as long as it's not children, other than that i don't care.

  • @lovechloex !!! I agree, Its so annoying. If you think homosexuality is wrong, great...move on!!!

  • @lovechloex if that bothers you, then don't go anywhere near videos that mention abortion or atheism.

  • @lovechloex ***VERY LOUD APPLAUSE***

  • @lovechloex I like this stuff, but yeah, still, I think there are more people who are radically against homophobia than there are actually homophobes. With them being a slight monority and all, then why don't you respect that some people don't like it and get on with YOUR life? Just asking. Sheesh, liberal hypocrites...there are so many out there and they're just a waste of air....I've heard it all and I'm getting bored.

  • @itsNSFW yeah, we definitely need more people like you. people who comply with intolerance.

  • @lovechloex Reliigon doesn't allow for people to be tolerant of Homosexuals. I have nothing against homosexuals since I am not religious.

  • .......could we all just stop now.

  • Just read through a bunch of HANGER187's comments and I actually feel sick and am so ashamed that there are people out there like that.

    It's really scary.

I hope a horse with a 2ft dick rapes him in the ass and rips his spleen.

After that, I'd just really like to go back to loving at James Franco's beautiful face.

And if that's not what you're here to do, you shouldn't be here.

  • : O

  • So good luck with that, if you’re headed to practice this for every video you pass by on youtube or some other public forum. Meanwhile, watch your tongue; it’s easy to get hurt once someone gets to a poignant part of you. Anyway, I’ll say it one more time, stop insulting God, because you don’t, and never will have, any rights to do that. I’m done talking to you, so hope you don’t come up with another too vulgar opinion that could arouse my (or anybody else’s) attention and waste of time on you.

  • Oh and for the record, don’t start talking about my values, you have absolutely no idea what they consist of so don’t start making stupid statements about me, that’ll only turn you into the category of “bored-with-their-lives assholes” who are just waiting for an opportunity to argue with someone, whatever it takes them to say, like you, who are adding a new blameworthy argument to be discussed to my one and only freaking point.

  • And through this, not only are you making a complete shallow and uncultivated statement about Christianity and God but you are also harming a lot of Christian or any other people’s feelings who’s only intentions are to watch a freaking James Franco video. But you're right, this is a public forum where everyone has the rights to express their opinions, so I guess nothing here I say will be enough to shut you the fuck up, even if I have all the “rights” to do that.

  • Jesus you have to turn everything I say into something else. My only point was that you shouldn't involve God in any of your personal comments; he has absolutely NOTHING to do with the fact that these homophobic faggots exist and take God and their religion as the support to defend their own unreasonable opinions. You're practically insulting God and all his followers through the generalization that all Christians are like “hanger” or whatever his name is.

  • Comment removed

  • Why does some lonely bastard have to always comment on homosexuals and say God doesn't care for them? I'm a Christian and I loved that movie...damnitt.

  • I have been told many times that I look like James , I did not know who he was until I decided to see Spyderman a year ago and saw him in it . He is a good actor and dresses well, yeah .

  • Such a shame that people will never agree and get along when it comes to this issue. I myself am straight and religious yet never found anything wrong with being gay (I have a couple of gay friends).

But also, just because someone is against gay people doesn't mean they're closeted gays. Some of them are really just ignorant, bigoted idiots.

  • I'd love to kiss James Franco for 12 hours!

  • i respect you guys for fighting the homophobes. james franco is BEAUTIFUL!

  • damn, this guy sure has the charisma to play spiderman not that McGuire Jerk

  • i wish i could kiss james franco for 12 hours.....

  • i love that he never made any homophobic remarks or jokes to take away from the fact that he was talking about kissing another man. Makes me respect him more.

  • @brooklyn1804 I just threw up.

  • @HANGER187, you should be ashamed of what you are. Stop spreading your screw-up shit talk on youtube, which in addition to that is completely useless. You might have noticed that everyone here despises and disagrees with you. You might even want to consider it hatred. You're not even worthy of God's presence in your world, for the all the causes you have said previously. Just get the fuck out of here.

  • wow he has the biggest smile ever!! [:

  • Franco sucks Penn sucks MORE.

  • @MegaPatriot123 LOL why so hostile?

  • @RandomDecision lol just STOP you're arguing with a Troll, they love pissing people off !

  • @RandomDecision Keeping peace is what I am doing. The corruption you support is forbidden and is said through God's word. You blaspheme against the covenant by accepting and allowing gays to spread and provide "special" treatment. This makes His Kingdom shake through anger. Now you tell me u are keeping peace? Accepting these people is a seed of evil and infects the core of society. Ur too dumb to think its okay for you might be a gay one yourself.

  • @HANGER187 god hates sin period.and they were doing more that gay stuff in sodom and gommorah.god had moses kill more than idol worshippers in the old testament.god wanted to show the isrealites how powerful he was.

  • Comment removed

  • @RandomDecision Actually there should be more like myself against gays. Its just plain wrong. Only fools think its okay and allow it to be part of society with special treatment. It only spreads if the virus is ignored.

  • @RandomDecision Of course, to be a genius you have to be. It doesnt take much to a diehard gay man...look at yourself. You have to be a fool to allow such a disease to spread. Only in America you find its okay to accept such a chosen illness. Every else, people will agree that is HORRIBLE.

  • I love him sooo much D; .the things i'd do to meet him.. <3

  • i want franco and the interviewer to make out for 12 hours

  • Homophobic people just get the fu%$ out!! You don't have a clue what God wants, just accept it! Take your head out of the Bible and get a clue about life and the values that Christianity is really about, like Love and Compassion.

I hope one day there will be nothing but disapproval of people like HANGER, seriously. Can't wait for that day.

  • @quo33 No one said I was Christian.Seriously u think God approves gay people!?All diseases r curable except AIDS which came from SIV.AIDS = Divine Retribution from God. In 1980s in the United States a group of young GAY MEN & also some drug users; were getting ill often,& there was no trace of the disease that they were suffering from.An anthropomorphic expression for the attitude of God towards a great sin of being GAY.If God approved of fags, there wouldnt be AIDS/Divine Retribution.Imbecile.

  • @quo33 U dont know what true Christianity is, 99% of practicing Christians dont know the true avenues of Jesus(pbuh)&his teachings. If they did, they'd understand the true values of keeping the nucleus of society as pure as possible.Being gay&thinking they have rights is impure.God loves us to be pure as possible.U wouldnt know if u smell like little boy booty holes.Ur not one to preach or declare animals to have human rights.God had poured oceans to afflict the remaining disobedient.

  • @HANGER187 You know, the whole "homophobes making fun of gay men saying they go around 'smelling like little boy booty hole'" thing is really starting to irritate me. Being a gay man has literally NO connection to having sex with young boys. There are just as many straight men and women that are sex offenders as there are gay men and women.

It's extremely ignorant and rude of you to imply that all gay men have sex with children.

  • @HANGER187 Firstly, I'm not gay. So stop referring to the gay community as "you." More proof that you don't know what you're talking about and you're just making this up as you go.

Secondly, I suggest you just join the Westboro Baptist Church because you clearly belong in a group that's hated by everyone being that your beliefs are so ignorant and sheltered.

Also, your response had almost nothing to do with my original statement. Please, do everyone a favor and just stop.

  • @jaimalaimalo 1st off, animals dont get human rights so stop supporting them. 2nd, Even in the literature of truth says there is a cure for all diseases, even cancer, all except AIDS! And AIDS wasnt even thought of or existed yet! It was a clear sign of Divine Retribution, a supernatural punishment that was started by gays and drug abusers. Dont be coy, ur a fool to take a liking in them....

  • @HANGER187 I've been reading your comments, and I just want to say something: Look, I'm against gay marriage because I think the definition of marriage is between a man and a woman. I'm a Christian who believes that homosexuality is unnatural. But I have friends that are all different sexualities, and I don't go around preaching hellfire and damnation like you seem to think is your responsibility. Where do you get off telling people that their way of life is a disease? It's really just rude.

  • @alphasia91 Ur smart for thinking it is UNNATURAL. Will you let a infectious disease spread because of ignorance and it would be rude quarantine the spread? Or would you favor stopping this UNNATURAL behavior that caused divine retribution to all? My opinions only go so far and I'd rather seem rude than to be an ignorant and sick person to allow this type of behavior to continue. It is damning us all rather than just a selected few and their decisions.Simple

  • @HANGER187 How has homosexuality caused divine retribution to all in this day and age? And when you say quarantine the spread are you saying that you think we should force gays to move into some kind of ghetto so God can destroy them and them alone? That is ridiculous! And I believe that while Heavenly Father is sad that gays chosen that lifestyle, he still loves them. He loves everyone. Hating on gays is still hate, and "love one another" is definitely part of my definition of Christianity.

  • @alphasia91 "&when u say quarantine the spread r u saying that u think we should force gays to move into some kind of ghetto so God can destroy them and them alone? " = Its a start. They should at least be put in a designated area like how they did with natives and reservations. So its okay to be gay through out the nation but land thieves quarantine those who inhabit the lands first?Lol.Who knows.God may forgive gays but they will feel chastisement before God decides to even look at them.

  • @alphasia91 God loves those of purity not those of sodomy.U got to be kidding urself if u think God loves u no matter what sins u commit by such CHOSEN desires. To be honest God MIGHT forgive gays after a few million lifetimes of torture but the one sin he will never forgive is Idol worship. U have ur own battle to deal with instead of fighting for the rights of sodomizing animals.Christian Pseudepigrapha has its own first class seats to a conflagrant oubliette.

  • @HANGER187 You clearly have issues of your own to work through, and nothing said here is going to change your mind. And I'm not kidding myself at all. While nothing unclean can dwell in his presence, he still loves everyone. To put it in layman's terms, he hates sin, not sinners. He wants everyone to repent and return to him. And as I said before, I believe God wants us to love everyone. Your persecution of gays is, in my opinion, a sin just like homosexuality itself. Have a nice life. I'm done.

  • @alphasia91 Deuteronomy 20:16-DO NOT LEAVE ALIVE ANYTHING THAT BREATHS.Exodus 20:13.Clearly Moses killed for God.Now if He was completely in love with us, y show wrath to disobedience&set infidels as an example?Yes, He wants us to repent, IF UR TRULY SORRY.U cant be sorry&go back to ur ways without going through chastisement in the afterlife.U sadly mistaken to think God loves blindly to all.He gave warnings&punished many for a reason. My opinions of gays is a sin?God says the same, does He sin?

  • @HANGER187 LOL just come out of the closet and be done with it man, seriously, the only person you are really trying to convince is yourself that homosexuality is wrong in some way. The Bible has been used for Centuries to explain away, and as an excuse for hate since before America was born. People like you are Gays in hiding nothing more. Remember, when you point your finger at someone else you have three pointing back at you.

  • @the1tigglet What a stupid answer. Definitely not worth the time.

  • @HANGER187 not stupid completely proven logic man, 99% of the straight homophobic society is either gay themselves or they are bisexual and cannot morally deal with the issue so the classic psychological response we see them all have in society is point out every other gay man and bash them. see simple and true. have fun back there with all the christmas presents.

  • @the1tigglet U r bat shit crazy. 99% that are against gays r right. Say what u will to convince urself being a fruit cake is humane, its still gross, forbidden and unusual.

  • @HANGER187 just come on out now, it's okay to be yourself, you can be gay and still be happy and accepted by God, it's alright now. cmon.

  • @HANGER187

Actually the majority of Americans favor recognizing gay unions and about half of Americans favor full marriage equality for same sex couples. Two men loving each other is a gorgeous thing. If you think love is gross and forbidden and unusual you have my pity. If you are a man who finds men disgusting, you must really detest yourself.

  • @HANGER187 ..no your answer is a stupid anwers!!!...

  • @alphasia91 Im positive that if there is a God he isn't going to damn you to hell for who you fall in love with(man or woman). And If he does think it's a sin for two human beings to love each other...than who needs him

  • @HANGER187 You cannot be real. You know what you could do? Apply to a job at the Colbert Report as writer. Just don't tell them you're serious or you'd probably not survive it.

  • @quo33 hahaha.

  • @HANGER187

and you belong to those 1% that know huh? oh man you are a poor excuse for a human being, actually there is no use to talk to you, people like you should simply be beaten up till they start to use those few braincells they have you intolerant homophobic fucktard

  • @HANGER187 No? Because you damn well sound like one. A faux one, that is.

There is NO proof that there even IS a god. It's your personal choice to believe it, but don't force this "God disapproves of you"-crap on other people. Why should the rest of the world care about the rules some old men made up hundreds of years ago?

Bad enough for you if you believe this crap and live your life according to this, but you cannot expect the rest of the world to be as stupid.

  • @quo33 I dont have to force that God disapproves, it is well known and clear that he dislikes homos. If he didnt mind, He wouldnt have turned the sea upside down on the people in the city of Sodom.Verses EVEN SAY what God does to men that choose men. These r not made up stories, they keep society to a code of conduct to an established meaning.U can not expect the rest of the world to be as stupid as you.Ur playing with fire.

  • @HANGER187 What god? Hellooo, I just said there is no proof that there even IS a god.

He send the flood to punish gays...right. What's with natural disasters before there where humans? Oh, wait I know - gay dinosaurs!! So THAT'S why they got wiped out. YES. I KNEW I could just make a random (and stupid) connection there..

Where do you live, the MIDDLE AGES?! Welcome to the 21.century and sth called SCIENCE. Floods etc are a totally natural occurrence and not send from anyone. Geez.

  • @quo33 There is evidence of God to exist. U cant find it if ur not looking. I can give u so much examples but your mindset is not on a steady course to learn earnestly and humbly. It is preferred u live by doing what you want. God made all to the smallest detail and u would be a fool to think otherwise. 21st century and science proves God exists because they barely find out what was said 7 centuries ago that didnt have the technology of today.

  • @HANGER187 actually you do, and you will find as i have long before i came out of the closet as you should now do, that there is no basis for the uneducated american church's view that all homosexuals will go to hell. so get a grip get an education or have a nice ignorant life. thank you and goodnight.

  • @quo33 If you were to write the instructions of functions from ONE CELL in a form of a book, you will have to write 900 books and 500 pages. Is this a pattern of nature or would science have to agree that this information is made by something that is really intelligent?Instead of classifying uncertainty as intangible arguments, u should coincide GODs teachings with scientific consensus&KNOW Religion is beyond "facts."Facts only go as far as what man can prove.Wut about wut GOD proves!?

  • @quo33 Skeptics believe we are products of coincidence, an accidental&unexpected happening u cant fully explain.Nature creates patterns&Intelligence creates information.Funny how Atheists emphasize nature's patterns rather to admit information created by intelligence.

  • @HANGER187 To be done with it and not keep wasting my time:

"Religion has given a lot of people comfort, in a world torn apart by...religion." - Jon Stewart

  • @quo33 Yeah and before, genocides ruled, strong killed and enslave the weak, kids were rapped, and women had no means of equal status. If it wasnt for religion, there wouldnt be a good sense of well being in the sub conscience of all. U cant look at a gay Atheist site and copy and paste it to support ur twisted sense and support.

  • @HANGER187 I love how religious people think they own the world. If you don't like gay marriage, don't marry a gay person. If you don't want to see two guys kiss, turn the fuck around. Why must the rest of the world bow to your silly irrelevant beliefs? The answer is we DON"T have to. So keep on leaving your pathetic little religious comments but nobody cares. Why don't you concern yourself with your countless molester priests that represent you so well.

  • @HANGER187 I'm not an atheist. And atheist aren't necessarily gay, do you even realize how silly you are?

  • @quo33 I hope you didn't mean any of that. You don't have to believe in God or follow any other beliefs, for what the world cares, but you do NOT get to criticize it. If you feel some kind of repugnance towards a belief or the need to point out some negative comment about it, please do it in private, where no believers can be exposed to your uncultivated, immature and discriminative opinions. Doesn't matter how bad his comment was, you have absolutely NO right to talk about God like that.

  • @DJLiz2009 Haha, of course I meant it. And this is a public forum where anyone has the right to express their opinion. Oh, now we can't even criticise religion any more? Funny...I just did. If they get to molest children we get to criticise them and hold them accountable for it. I have EVERY right to talk about god or religion.

I don't have a problem with religion at all. All I said was that you shouldn't force your beliefs onto others.

  • @DJLiz2009 Your freedom ends where someone elses begins, don't ever forget that. It's not non-religious people who discriminate against others, most of them don't care what you do or believe in private. Religious people are the ones who want to tell everyone else how to live and what to believe, according to THEIR rules, which is ridiculous. What terrible thing did I say about god? That he *probably*doesn't send floods or the like to punish people? How naughty of me, what an awful thing to say..

  • @DJLiz2009 Complete strangers can tell other people they'll go to hell for being themselves, but they don't get to criticise them or their religion...niiice. Good to see you have your values straight.

  • Comment removed

  • @quo33 Do you think old makes something less true? Dont you think it makes it more relevant because lies tend to disappear over time? You must admit an idea to persist for 6,000 years you must admit there must be "at least" a grain of truth within it.

If you choose to enjoy viewing yourself as the cutting edge of primate life, you can. Also, is it an "accident" that the subconscious processes 500 million actions per SECOND? Thats rhetorical ^_^

  • @metaphorps No, not at all. Not necessarily, but sometimes, yes. Just think of slavery...it used to be acceptable too, even very sophisticated, intelligent people defended it. That doesn't make it any less...right. Do you want to go back to the Middle Ages? Or even back to the 18th or 19th century? Where it was impossible to get divorced? Or where you could practically forget your life when you got pregnant out of marriage or something? Well, I don't.

I see gay rights as one of those things.

  • @quo33 Sometimes age reveals the cracks in an idea's armor, yes, but on the flip side age also must be the crucible for proving something right. BTW, all kinds of intelligent people advocated slavery, yes BUT they benefited from the free labor. Your right about pre-marital pregnancy back then, but now a more-liberal society has made it possible to continue life without as much moral backlash. Old is never necessarily an instant indication on the black or white moral integrity of a concept.

  • @metaphorps *(right-->false). I never said there is no god, I said there is no proof that there is, but I don't know what that has to do with any of that. Even I might believe that there is indeed a god (who may have even made the earth) but that does not mean that we know what "he wants". We just don't. And we certainly don't know his opinion on gay rights. Think of Sokrates "I know that I know nothing." You should always question and think critical. Don't settle with what an old book tells you

  • @quo33 Hangar187 could brush up on his skills, in every area of debate. 0.0 lol..How is there no proof of God? The leading views are Creationism and Darwinism. We came from somewhere, you can admit. Amoeba? Divine Plan? Consider our subconscious, our retinas, our ability to awarely create and understand. How about the Incorrupt bodies of the Saints? Science can replicate none of this. Critical thinking is critical but Paradox Alert, where did that originate?

  • @metaphorps There may be a scientific explanation that we just don't understand yet. There is a LOT we don't know; I remember my teachers and parents said they learnt a lot of things in physics or biology very differently. But sciences improves, everyday we learn more, invent new theories. Maybe we'll never know for sure. So just because we think *now* that science can't explain it means nothing. You have to see the bigger picture ..

  • @quo33 Do you think a future scientific discovery will reveal the "science" behind the Incorruptibles? If science has a method to preserve human bodies intact looking identical to the moment the person died FOR HUNDREDS OF YEARS, dont you think thats absurd? Medieval science was IN THIS ONE INSTANCE far superior/advanced to modern science? That throws critical thinking out the window into the lake. Why do you think scientists have struggled to explain it for so long? And dont talk about it?

  • @metaphorps hold on a moment, what do you mean by incorruptibles (saints)? (English is not my first language so bear with me here).

  • @quo33 Incorruptibles is the term used to define human bodies (the Roman Catholic Saints being the only existing examples on the planet) which never decay nor decompose. In many shrines or churches in Europe these bodies are placed on display in glass caskets as monuments to the power of God. Science has given up trying to explain them. Which is nice for the poor scientists, its a waste of time and energy to attempt explaining real-world half-a-millenium-old miracles. :)

  • @quo33 Theres the first unassailable article of proof for you, the Incorrupts. Haha an optimistic agnostic ;) haha floods or droughts may or not be a direct act of God, I mean if he created nature, which he did, then he has power to do those things, but a natural disaster is what it is, just that. As far as we can deduce, unless God tells us otherwise, which doesnt happen lol.

  • @metaphorps Yeah, good point, he *doesn't*. Has any of the believers an explanation for that? God could just show himself and tell us what to do, but he doesn't. I do agree however that the fact that he doesn't do that is not a proof that he doesn't exist. But it would make it easier.

Well, I live in Europe and believe me when I say I've been in a lot of old churches, lol. I think I've heard about it...I'm not saying there aren't miracles or unsolved phenomenon but these alone are hardly a proof

  • @quo33 Have you ever heard the saying "Free stuff is worth exactly what you paid for it" or "Whats worth getting is worth the struggle?" We're a special project of God's. He provided us with choice and logic and a conscience among other things, thus were capable of achieving the valuable spiritual end-goal, under our own steam. If your told what and how and when, who cares? Its cheap and you didnt work for it, right? Somethings thats not easy to get is something you appreciate more. ^_^

  • @metaphorps "He provided us with choice and logic and a conscience (...)." Well, thanks very much I'm glad he did. And I choose to believe in equality of humans and in gay rights and no human or "god" will make me believe that that is wrong.

  • @quo33 Never equate gay "rights" with human rights, nice how you threw them both together next to each other in the same sentence. Gays have human rights because all humans are equal. They dont have a "right" to commit acts that contradict basic biology of the human species, man and woman. Why do you think sex exists? What purpose can genitalia serve aside from procreation? Homosexuals will always remain the exception to the rule rather than the rule. Its human biology at its most basic level.

  • @quo33 Its because they cant nor will ever explain something that God designed as evidence of his existence, dont you think? Continuing on, if you ignore science because its failed to explain the scientifically unexplainable, what else will you conjure up as an alternative "reasonable" possibility? Im curious. :) You think telling me to look at the "bigger picture" will cause me to reverse my conclusion, maybe dream up what-ifs with you, grasping for straws? Im trying not to be sarcastic.

  • @quo33 Questioning a person's motive for taking the position they do is also critical. What does an atheist get out of being atheist? "Feeling better" because there is no judgement, no higher authority than themselves to answer to? Taking pride in the concept that the human species is the peak of existence in the universe, that we are the enduring culmination of reality? Its simple, erroneous, and easy to fall prey to. Proof is everywhere, yet that fact alone allows us to take it all for granted

  • @metaphorps A few hundred years ago, people thought the earth was flat, they thought floods or draughts were a sign of god's anger (um, apparently some still think so as I found out here..). I guess the question about god is what you accept as "proof", at least from a philosophical/scientific point of few. If someone says he saw Jesus is that a proof? A hallucination? How will you know for sure?

I won't claim to understand atheism, I'm much more of an agnostic. But an optimistic one ;)

  • @quo33 They assumed the earth was flat, but natural scientific progression of ships and so on showed them their assumption was wrong. They thought it was flat because its so huge it does look flat. Which shows that not everything is what it looks like, at first glance anyway. ..I agree, a person should believe what they can naturally accept from a philosophical perspective, not science tho cuz its limited despite our technological wonders.

  • @metaphorps I have no idea, I suggest you ask them. I for one don't feel better. Have you read Raymond Moody, about the near death experiences? These people, regardless of their age, culture etc. said the saw a creature of light and love, what most people would call god. I was very impressed by that, and I hope so much that it's true that it's almost a belief. So I think it's quite likely that there is a god, but I don't go around claiming to know the "truth" or have "proof" because I haven't.

  • @quo33 I have not read Raymond Moody, but Ive been around enough to be familiar with the concept of a near death experience. You bring up the great critical thinking point in that these things happening to ppl regardless of age, culture etc, is a good indication that they are not lying about it. It shares a universal theme: the experience, the "creature" of light and love. The story is the same. Im a bit jealous now I think about it, I bet Id feel pretty inspired after seeing/living that! :)

  • @metaphorps So what if there is a god? There is still this huge disconnect...like, how do we know that the Bible is "real" and is really what he means? I just don't get it, a lot of things promoted in this book have turned out to be wrong or contradict themselves. I don't have a problem with the concept of a god, but I do have a problem with people claiming to know what he wants, especially if they try to justify inhuman behaviour "in the name of god". It's not even fair to the potential god.

  • @quo33 Lets assume God exists, in all his cosmic glory and ever-reaching power. Where, specifically, is the huge disconnect, as it were? The Bible would then be real, 6000 years old, contributed to by multiple saint-authors over the ages, all stamped with God/Jesus' approval. Ppl claiming to "know" what he wants are lying to you. Things in the Bible have been interpreted poorly or not at all or just used to justify selfish behavior, like you said, when they appear to contradict or be wrong.

  • @metaphorps There is NO proof whatsoever that the Bible is God's word there just isn't. Think about it, the Muslims also believe that the Quran is God's word. Unfortunately there are different things in it. So what do we do? Claim that one is worth more than the other? And on what grounds, excuse me?

Also, if you believe the earth is 6000 years old, this conversation is over. Because it ISN'T. That's exactly my point. How can you have a reasonable argument with ppl who don't even acknowledge that

  • @quo33 The only human being who accomplished all those things told us he was the son of God. Im inclined to believe it. Show me someone else who repeatedly achieved anything supernatural! Allah? Buddha? Well? ALL my questions are rhetoric, meaning there's only one answer. The earth IS less than 10,000 years old. Such a scientific fellow, you seem absurdly selective of what facts you accept to believe. Show me any proof about the earths age and I WILL CRUSH IT. By documented, irrefutable proof.

  • @metaphorps "The earth IS less than 10,000 years old." This conversation is over. I'm not wasting my time with someone who seriously believes that. I'm not surprised at all that you're American, if you said that anywhere else people would get into a laughing fit. Don't embarrass yourself like that. You are blended by religious extremism, no better than some muslims. You know, even the church may be ahead of you; it has acknowledged the existence of other religions and their claim for truth.

  • @quo33 Worst thing to say to withdraw yourself from our lopsided debate, because its not over til you refuse to debunk my proof, of which I have an excess. No your too afraid to even open yourself up to being proven incorrect. :) Seriously? How about the decay of the earths magnetic field, as well as the helium accumulation in the atmosphere dating earth at under 20,000 yrs old? How about a manmade artifacts in both the Cambrian and Cretaceous rock layers?

  • @quo33 I grow tired of your wanton refusal to present facts to support your view. I'll let you getting personal with me slide, for now. Name the leader OR founder of any religion and direct me to some documented evidence that they displayed to prove their power is through God. Other than their saying so. Mmkay pumpkin? :)

  • @metaphorps stfu

  • @sahanagopaal Gotta love the one-liners, cuz, you know, thats the extent of your thought process ^_^

  • @quo33 You mean no proof aside from the documented life of the only human being on the face of the planet to accomplish the impossible like water to wine, walking on water, resurrecting himself and others, multiplying food exponentially, etc. Dont tell me to "think about it". Please. Why do you think hes the most controversial figure in human history? Why do you think the Temple Jews wanted to get rid of him, unless he was exposing their selfish greedy power-hungry lives?

  • @metaphorps I think you don't realise how extremely "biased" you are, not only in your religious views but also, assuming you said the truth on your profile, in your "American privilege". Do you realise you're easily outnumbered by the people of just two countries, China and India? Most people there believe in other religious concepts, and how can you just say they're all wrong?! There views are based on scripts that are thousands of years old. God, Christians can be so arrogant and ignorant.

  • @quo33 Your all over the place, grasping at straws to attack me for, cuz your not getting anywhere with proving Catholic miracles wrong. :) American privilege? Sure we're privileged, because we live in a country that we worked hard for what we have today, good and bad. I dont think you realized youve encountered your superior in logically progressive conversation. Show me proof of anything your saying. You cant, couldn't, and won't be able to. Ever. Buddha, agnostics can be so arrogant/ignorant.

  • @metaphorps It's always astonishing to me how there are people who just claim their religion is the only true one. Sure, you are free to think so, but you at least have to admit that you have no proof. There are other religions, some of which are much older. Hinduism, for example. So, for starters, there could be hundreds of gods. What do we know? You can't just say one religion is worth more that the others, that would be saying your culture and religion is by nature superior to others.

  • @quo33 So yea if he says the Bible is the real deal. Game over. Thee end. No more wondering if some work of fiction like the Koran is truer. There may be basic truths in its content but thats about it. Think about it. Im waiting for some other person outside Catholicism to achieve numerous supernatural feats. When that happens (meaning it hasnt and wont lol) we can talk. Just remember Ive debunked your views that youve been taught, not you, you can handle it with grace ^_^

  • @metaphorps Ahaha, you've got to be kidding me. You haven't debunked anything. On the contrary, you're the one believing what some old men wrote down hundreds of years ago, you follow rules they just made up. Some other people? LOL, Buddhists or Hindus are certainly way more spiritual, plus their religions are much older.

You don't even realise you're making no sense. The Bible and the Quaran and the scripts of all other religions all have equal claim to be true. The Bible is just one of many.

  • @quo33 Theyre older = theyve been logically incorrect for longer ^_^ You, sir, are not listening. Give me another religious leader whose performed the supernatural repeatedly and we will continue. OF COURSE the Koran etc claims to be true, but wheres the miracles, wheres the Incorrupts, etc etc ETC. Point 2: the old men were wise human beings and you can see they made a pretty logical choice, following the only human being in human history capable of superhuman/natural feats. Game over, go home.

  • @metaphorps Tell me, why is the Bible the "right one"? Because it says so? LOL, in that case give me a month or so, I'll write one too. Adding of course that Jesus showed himself to me and told me everything what I then wrote down, word for word. Or, I could invent some other god...yeah, that might be fun. I could just make up a whole new religion with my rules...awesome. Work of fiction? Yes of course, just like the Bible. You people are hilarious..Christians have no more right than any others.

  • @quo33 Go write a Bible, but will you back it up with anything extraordinary, supernaturally like Christ did? Document your miracles then, just like Christ's were documented by his followers AND ENEMIES. Game over. Crushed. Crushed. CRUSHED.

  • @quo33 Amen! You are so right!

  • @gordogreat74 Do yourself a favor and help quo33 recover his dignity by bringing proof of me being wrong. Or just help him prove documented supernatural events to be something other than what they are. ^_^ Hopefully as he reads this he realizes hes avoiding presenting anything but his own opinion, which hes entitled to, yet comfortably ignoring my urging him to present his proof. Id love for him to change my opinion, but to do that, hes gonna need facts, which are neutral, unlike his opinion.
