Yes at about 1:05 into the shoot, you can see a six inch tube catches fire. This fire was caused by the tail being left in the tube after the shell left. The very next shell that is launched blows out the bottom of the tube.This is why you can see the dust fly up. Since the bottom was bllown out this caused the shell to only go about 50 feet in the air before exploding. That's why you see the green balls fall, including one that landed next to my foot setting my shoe on fire.
