BUT, one thing to remember is that according to Islamic beliefe the only true Quran is that which was originially revealed in Arabic because it was directly from God and has not changed or been altered since it was first recieved by Muhammad. All translations are considered deficient to the original because they are translations of the word of God and not the actual words of God.

In the 20th century, there were more civilian casualties resulting from war where religion was not the cause of conflict.
